Jack Osbourne Decides to Sell His Studio City Home-Again

He’s selling! No, he’s staying. No, he’s renting! Now, he’s selling! After a bunch of back-and-forth, the  Studio City, CA, home of the reality TV star Jack Osbourne, is back on the market. This time, it’s topped all its previous pricing—and is available for $3,575,000.

Osbourne bought the brand-new, five-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom East Coast Traditional for $3.2 million back in 2014, when his mother, Sharon Osbourne—quite the real estate aficionado herself—helped him shop for it.

The rocker’s offspring decided that it might be time for a change in 2017, and put the 5,614-square-foot home on the market for $3.45 million. After a month, he sliced the price to $3.2 million. Eventually, Osbourne and his then-wife, Lisa, took it off the market.

Then in May 2018, shortly after Lisa gave birth to their third daughter, the couple announced they were undergoing a friendly split. Osbourne moved out while his wife and daughters stayed in the home, but she eventually moved out, and Jack put the home up for rent at a price of $16,500 per month.

It appears that the family found a willing tenant for a few years, because all went quiet in Studio City. However, the home has now popped back onto the market.

You can understand why buyers or renters would find the cozy abode appealing. It’s located in the calm and peaceful, yet nevertheless celebrity-studded community known as Colefax Meadows.

Chock-full of designer finishes, like coffered ceilings and light wood plank flooring, the tastefully appointed, two-story home has an open floor plan, with plenty of natural light flowing through.
