This elegant Victorian home built in 1890 stands just across Wirt Street from the Leesburg Town Hall, and has undergone major renovations to its interior spaces and finishes. “Old properties are always quirky,” said Eve Weber, a realtor and team lead with real estate group Selling Loudoun. Despite the property’s age, “This is the best one I’ve ever been into in terms of functionality,” she said.
