In the new home of Jessica Bufford, far more than 50 individuals crammed into her living place and kitchen area for a commitment ceremony Saturday morning. Bufford’s residence was the 71st household built by way of the do the job of the Auburn Opelika chapter of Habitat for Humanity.

Mark Grantham, the chapter’s executive director, said these households are crafted via the assistance of donors, volunteers and pupils in Auburn University’s building science method, who build the home’s body and exterior.
