The home has five bedrooms, five bathrooms and one half-bathroom on two levels, but a central tower has a loft on the third level. The home’s interior has crisp and clean lines, a minimalist palette and steel accents like the statement staircase in the foyer.

Listing agent Pogir of Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty said the home is well-suited for an art collector and various design styles.

“When you walk in, it’s got this very inviting, very dramatic, like Hollywood glamour,” Pogir said.

And this might pique the interest of homebuyers looking for a little more space: The home is on 0.87 acres, but the empty half-acre property behind the home is also for sale, Pogir said.
