Cape Cod real estate transactions: Most expensive Barnstable County home sales for the week ending July 16

A house in North Falmouth that sold for $9.3 million tops the list of the most expensive real estate sales in Barnstable County between July 10 and July 16.

In total, 166 real estate sales were registered in the area during the last week, with an average price of $795,819. The average price per square foot was $487.

The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was created during the week of July 10, even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $1.5 million, condominium at 350 Bradford Street

The 1,274 square-foot condominium at 350 Bradford Street, Provincetown, has now been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in June and the total purchase price was $1,530,000, $1,201 per square foot. The condominium was built in 2017. Llc Bpjc sold the condominium to Paul Thomas. The deal was finalized on Jun. 28.

9. $1.6 million, single-family house at 39 Shady Lane

The property at 39 Shady Lane in Chatham has new owners. The price was $1,600,000. The house was built in 2001 and has a living area of 1,960 square feet. The price per square foot is $816. James Ardell and Olivia Ruggiero took over the house from Lewis C Chang and Emilie Y Chang. The deal was finalized on Jun. 30.

8. $1.8 million, single-family home at 115 Tide Run

The sale of the detached house at 115 Tide Run in Mashpee has been finalized. The price was $1,795,000, and the new owners took over the house in June. The house was built in 1983 and has a living area of 2,347 square feet. The price per square foot was $765. Christopher Sullivan took over the house from Kastan Ret Norman. The deal was finalized on Jun. 7.

7. $1.8 million, single-family residence at 16 Lindsay Lane

The 2,951 square-foot detached house at 16 Lindsay Lane in Orleans has now been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in June and the total purchase price was $1,795,000, $608 per square foot. The house was built in 2010. Corey Sclar and Argia Machlin bought the house from Judy Baker benz. The deal was finalized on Jun. 30.

6. $1.9 million, detached house at 190 North Falmouth Highway

A sale has been finalized for the single-family house at 190 North Falmouth Highway in North Falmouth. The price was $1,850,000 and the new owners took over the house in June. The house was built in 1995 and the living area totals 5,059 square feet. Malcolm Fraser sold the house to Andrew Mcgrath and Jillian Mcgrath. The price per square foot ended up at $366. The deal was finalized on Jun. 30.

5. $2 million, single-family house at 39 Sparrowhawk Road

The property at 39 Sparrowhawk Road in Orleans has new owners. The price was $2,000,000. The house was built in 1982 and has a living area of 3,067 square feet. The price per square foot is $652. Peter Carpenter and Elizbeth Carpenter bought the house from Rt Jones. The deal was finalized on Jun. 17.
