Cape Cod real estate transactions: Least expensive Barnstable County home sales for the week ending June 26

A house in Woods Hole that sold for $83,000 tops the list of the most affordable real estate sales in Barnstable County between Jun. 19 and Jun. 25.

In total, 104 real estate sales were registered in the area during the past week, with an average price of $682,697. The average price per square foot was $439.

The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was created during the week of June 19, even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $299,000, condominium at 733 West Main Street

The 922 square-foot condominium at 733 West Main Street, Hyannis, has now been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in June and the total purchase price was $299,000, $324 per square foot. The condominium was built in 1980. Luis Fernandez took over the condominium from Pokrovskaya groom N Pokrovskaya and Nadezhda D Pokrovskaya. The deal was finalized on Jun. 8.

The property at 35 Santuit Pond Way in Mashpee has new owners. The price was $297,500. The condominium was built in 1987 and has a living area of 1,134 square feet. The price per square foot is $262.
