In 2018, Abby and Trey Brothers bought the Page Mansion for $155,000 (£110k). Captured by Abandoned Southeast, this derelict 19th-century mansion was in dire need of repair when Ross Sheppard, Jacob Hawkins and Will Walker snapped it up in 2019 for $350,000 (£254k). Known as Rockwell House, it was hidden behind overgrown greenery and locked away behind rusting wrought-iron gates. The Federal-style home was built in 1938 and featured steep steps and towering Ionic columns that make for an impressive façade that was badly in need of restoration.

Located in Leesburg, Virginia, this historic mansion was abandoned in the early 2000s and left to fall apart. Many of the period features were smashed or stolen, while parts of the roof had caved in as the home started to be reclaimed by nature.
